Middle East: Islamic Mysticism and Sufism Documentary Film - The Wellness Seeker

Traveling throughout the Middle East offers a unique experience of historic sites, great cultures, and breathtaking landscapes. In my search for wellness, I traveled to numerous Middle Eastern countries and areas, including Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, Turkey, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi.

I tested the nutrient-rich Middle Eastern cuisines and understood more about the superfoods in these areas. I participated in a variety of health activities while visiting these stunning locations, but the Middle Eastern spirituality and traditional Arabic and Islamic medicine were the main reasons why I visited most of them.
