Shirodhara Ayurvedic Head Massage:

Shirodhara is an ancient therapy that involves pouring oil on the forehead from a set height and for a specific period of time, letting the oil to flow into the scalp and into the hair. This Ayurvedic Massage Technique is a cleansing and revitalizing therapy used in the Ayurvedic school of medicine to eradicate toxins and mental weariness. Shiro Abhyanga, Pichu, and Shiro Basti are the other forms of Murdha taila besides Shirodhara.


SHIROBASTI:

Shiro Basti is a therapy in which warm oil is poured upon the head and left there for a length of time before being followed by shiro abhyanga (head massage). Depression, headaches, sleeplessness, and psychiatric issues can all benefit from this treatment.


Pichu:

Pichu stands for padding in Ayurveda. This treatment is immersing a sterile cotton pad in natural oils and applying it to the affected body part, such as swollen joints or aching muscles. The wet cotton pad is placed on the affected body region for a few minutes or hours. The pad is held in place by putting a bandage around it, and the procedure is repeated on all uncomfortable body regions until necessary.

Shiro Abhyanga:

This traditional Ayurvedic treatment combines two natural therapies: Shirodhara and Abhyanga. Shiro Abhyanga is a therapy for calming and balancing the mind and nervous system. It involves the Abhyanga massage in the head, neck, and shoulders by pouring the Shirodhara heated herbal oil.
